Die Lage und der Parkplatz sind perfekt...aber der Check-in war ein wenig mühsam, da keine Person vor Ort war und wir ihn kontaktieren mussten. Das Zimmer ist sehr schlicht, die Terrasse ist zur allgemeinen Benutzung. Die Duschtücher hatten undefinierbare alte Flecken!!Das Zimmer war soweit sauber.

Quartos muito amplos cheio de amenidades, café da manhã sem imensa variedade, porem muito bem feito. Tem estacionamento no local, porem ele é pago €15/dia. O local é muito perto dos pontos principais e da Old Town que fica a 3min a pé. O atendimento foi bem tranquilo, nos deram muitas dicas e foi bem proveitoso.

The location could not be better. It is right at the gate to old town, across from the harbour and at the entrance to the Ladder of Kotor. Parking was convenient, right outside of the building and the staff were so helpful and kind. Breakfast was a nice spread of meats, cheeses, vegetables, breads, pastries and spreads.

Great location in amazing surroundings. The amenities need a bit of care (door handles falling off ) and some additions. The name 'Deluxe Rooms' is misleading. It was more like a hostel with bare bones rooms and the washroom (which was great !) across from a public hallway. The breakfast was good, but nescafe' is not a good start to the day.

What a location for kotor 5 mins and you are in old town what a stunning place kotor is .the young owner on greetingwas helpful i was not well and when i needed to leave and book a taxi he sorted it so very thankful.the flat is cosy and clean
