This has to be the cutest motel I’ve ever stayed in, very clean, comfortable homey and welcoming. The air conditioner worked fantastic and I slept like a baby. I would recommend you stay here instead of those high priced impersonal chain hotels across the street — the best motel ever!!!

The room was very clean. No frills but that was fine for a short stay. If you want to watch tv you’ll need a Netflix account. Their bar and restaurant serve great drinks and tasty food. Nice they have live entertainment.

It was ok but seemed a little overpriced for the weekday night we stayed there. The bar closed at 9pm which seemed a little early. There was sand all over our floor in the room so that was uncomfortable but otherwise it was a nice little breakfast and friendly staff.

The location of this hotel is its prime benefit. Located right on the water with a fun bar and dock on the water. The room itself was adequate and reasonably clean although it could use some updates. It was very convenient to be able to pull right up to the room to load and unload. Also, we had our small dog with us and it was nice to have the dog yard on the back side of the hotel room to take her out to potty.

A bit overpriced for the size of the room although I know we paid for the conveince of the beach. Its not quite a 3 star hotel, but alright if you need somewhere to lay your head. Didnt have curtains and the blanket they provide is paper thin. The Free band that sounded awesome and the nice view from the room made things better.

This is a motel. Great location on the Intracoastal waterway. Gulf of America is right across the street. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Also has an on site bar and grill on the beach with live music. Chairs on the beach and a nice pier. Breakfast and coffee is served from 6 to 10am. Muffins, sausage biscuits and cereals. If you want beach views from your room, those hotels are MUCH MORE $. What else can I say.

It was ok for the price but the staff make up for the condition of the property. The location is perfect for quick walks to everything you would need. Traffic isn’t good if driving during busy season. The restaurant in the back is a must see Pensacola original!
