It was ok for the price but the staff make up for the condition of the property. The location is perfect for quick walks to everything you would need. Traffic isn’t good if driving during busy season. The restaurant in the back is a must see Pensacola original!

Awesome beach vibe. Bring your sleep mask. The parking lot lights are bright and room blinds don’t block it all out. The room was very clean and the staff were very nice. It’s an old school beach hotel and the bathrooms are pretty small.

Room was great. Clean. Beds are good and comfortable. Was in a 2-room and because the design is odd, there were no chairs to sit in. The only places you could sit is on your beds. Plenty of cabinet storage. Breakfast is VERY simple. Cereals, yogurt, bagels, poptarts, microwave sausage biscuits. But being down near the beach vs. driving in from the mainland is very helpful. Very affordable compared to the monsters closer to the ocean. Oh and make sure you got some shoes in the room…sandy feet is a given at the beach. Staff was very nice!

My husband and I loved this remodeled motel. The convenience of being able to walk to restaurants and the beach was great! Perfect little spot right in the center of all of the fun. The staff were wonderful as well!

Our room was clean and we loved all the storage space! We hurried out back to the private beach between rain storms and found some fun shells. They offered a continental breakfast of fresh fruit, muffins, toaster pastries and cold cereal.

Amazing! Paradise for us and our doggos. There is nothing better than coffee at 6am on an Adirondack chair looking over the water with the sun coming up. There is also nothing better than watching the sunset on the dock. You can have that both here. Everyone working on property are so kind and friendly. Everyone staying there were also so friendly. The room was super clean. The beds comfy. The dogrun was a super plus as well as the dog section on the sand. Close to the trolley stop. Also close to some cute local cafes for breakfast. Thanks for the perfect weekend!

The hotel room I stayed in was very small and behind some stairs so the view was terrible especially since the rate I paid was way overpriced! The people that were beside me had tons of people in and out of their room and people kept banging on the doors and very loud all hours of the night. They also kept putting all their dirty clothes and laundry on my chair out by my room! The breakfast is a joke, you get muffins and bananas! The coffee was good and fresh! Next time I will probably stay at a nicer place with a view for the rate I paid!
