Upgraded rooms good location

The hotel looks simple on the outside but the rooms inside were surprisingly nice and had updated bathrooms. Great location close to the train and lots of cafes.

Our checkin was actually quite lovely, and the parking behind a locked gate was also comforting given the rough neighborhood. The room was very hot and stuffy, though. When we asked about a fan, we were told there should be one in every room. Ours did not have one, and we had to sleep with the windows open because it was so warm. The front desk clerk tried to convince us that it was not very warm and that it was quiet on the third floor, but there were sirens and other loud city noises all night long. We all slept horribly. Also, one of the chairs in the room was broken. The arm kept falling off when we sat in it.

Skuffende ophold.

Morgenmaden var ikke noget særligt, Lørdag og især Søndag tørre miniflutes der havde fået alt for meget i ovnen, knastørre og uspiselige. Pålægget formentlig indkøbt i Aldi eller anden billig butik, dårlig kvalitet og ens hver dag. Lunken kaffe hver morgen. Alt i alt meget dårligt. Det er åbenbart gæstens eget ansvar at lægge sengetøj på sengene, Dynerne lå i skabet og tilhørende betræk på sengen, vi måtte selv sørge for resten. Hverken dyne eller pudebetræk blev skiftet i løbet af 5 overnatninger!

Central beliggenhed, dog med en del mangler.

Pigen der tog imod os ved check in var virkelig sød og hjælpsom. Utrolig central beliggenhed og god morgenmad! Fantastisk til backpacker og unge mennesker UDEN børn. Der var INTET til børn. Rengøringen var ringe og vi endte med selv at vaske overflader og gulv ved ankomst. Dynerne var direkte ulækre og blev fundet i skabet sammen med 3 gamle ølflasker fra tidligere gæster. Så vi sov blot med dynebetræk. Privatparkering i en afhegnet baggård er perfekt da der ingen muligheder er for parkering. Badeværelset er virkelig lækkert!!

Es un hotel bien ubicado con una estación de metro tan sólo a unos pasos. El hotel estaba bien y limpio. Los empleados bastante fríos y poco interactivos pero al final lo que necesitábamos era un hotel limpio, cercano a los sitios de interés y accesible.

Huoneen ovessa oli vain paperista revitty lappu johon oli kirjoitettu huoneen numero. Itse huone oli kuitenkin tilava ja siisti. Wc-paperia säännösteltiin jostain syystä ja käytössä oli vain kaksi vajaata rullaa. Suihku oli tilava ja viihtyisä. Shampoota ei ollut ja lattiakaivo veti huonosti.

This hotel is in a fun, busy area. If you like quiet I would recommend requesting a room that doesn't face the street as there's lot's of noise and activity. The room was great, the bathroom new with a fantastic shower. It's walking distance to all transit options. I would definitely stay here again.

Skulle have et sted at overnatte og få et bad. Hotellet central beliggende (for mig). Trods adressen ingen støj fra vej. Rent og pænt værelse. Tager gerne et værelse der igen.

Die Dame an der Rezeption machte einen eher gernevten Eindruck dass Sie jetzt Arbeiten muss. Zudem nicht freundlich begrüßt bzw. Nur mit einem fragendem Blick angesehen, so ungefähr was ich denn nun wolle (zum einchecken sowie zum auschecken- ebenfalls die gleich Dame). Keine Auskünfte bekommen oder Erklärung sowie man es sich von einem gut geschulten Personal wünscht oder auch ehrlich gesagt erwartet. Es wurde nur gesagt welche Zimmernummer, kein Auskunft wo/wie man z.B dort hingelangt (auch wenn es der Weg "selbsterklärend" für junge Leute gewesen ist/wäre). Keine Auskunft beim auschecken dass in ganz Berlin der Nahverkehr streikt und das man wahrscheinlich somit Probleme hat zum Bahnhof zu gelangen, obwohl die Dame mitbekommen hat dass man zum Hauptbahnhof muss. Angebot ein Taxi zu rufen aufgrund des Streiks kam auch nicht. Letztendlich haben wir selbst eins bestellt, da die Dame auch beim auschecken sehr genervt wirkte.Im Zimmer ebenfalls keine Infozettel/Informationen zum z.B Wlan, Frühstückszeiten oder Safe benutzung im schrank. DieZimmer für 1 bis 2 Nächtes sind okay sofern man wirklich nur dort schlafen muss und sich bissal frisch machen will. Jedoch komischer Geruch im Zimmer, schimmel Ecken an den Fenstern, Ablauf in der Dusche eher verstopft, nur eine halbe Klopapierrolle die am Boden auf der Seite stand.Bettdeckeninneres was man am offenem Schlitz des Bezuges sehen konnte, komplett vergilbt.Also wer empfindlich bei solchen Dingen ist sollte dieses Hotel meiden
