I could not recommend. Inconvenient check in system. You need to call a well-hidden number when you arrive to check in. I called repeatedly for about ten minutes before I received a message back. Had to fill in online form and photograph licence and credit card before they’d send someone down. Another ten minutes, a stranger comes up to me in the foyer and says to ‘follow’ him. He then gives me a key card for the room. Got upstairs to stained carpet, hair (not mine) all over the bathroom floor and a broken door to the balcony. Never again…

Property is above The Kinson. Difficult to find as no signage anywhere. Parking is not private but is a public carpark under the hotel. Difficult to contact anyone for check in. Sat in reception with another lady waiting for check in for 20mins waiting for a call back. Emailed a number of times. Once we received the keycard we went to our room which smelt like curry food, we had to open both doors to air out the room. Benches, backsplash in kitchen and balcony doors not cleaned well, very streaky. Bed looked rushed to be made. View was to die for. Upon checking out we had no instructions on how to do this. We went to reception but they are not affiliated with Minton Apartments so couldn't help us. Ended up going back up to room to leave key card in room and emailed them about key in room. The only thing going for this accomodation is the room view and apartment location, close to trams and parks and not far from the city.

- No private spa/bath as advertised - No check in at the reception desk, online only. - Bed did not look properly made and the bottom frame was exposed (pic attached) - No luggage stand or place to put a suitcase off the ground. - Bathroom was clean - Views over Albert Park were great.

The room hasn’t been cleaned before we arrived-there were empty shampoo bottles left in the shower and a bag of rubbish on the balcony. Check in and checkout were difficult with no reception/front desk and all communication needed to be direct with owner. Unlike the add, the parking could not be rebooked with the hotel. The room was comfortable and location was great
