My husband and I just stayed a week with Ajay and his staff.Everything was well maintained and very clean Ajay and the staff made us feel so welcomed and comfortable.Will be going back to Missouri in a couple months and won’t think of staying anywhere else…and the coffee is so good😀

While the staff was very friendly and helpful my room had some remnants of past guests, for example a Doritos chip left tucked up near the bed frame and the morning breakfast was quite sad to look at. But in grateful that this place exist because it wasn’t the place I came down for I came to visit my boyfriend which I plan to do often and if it wasn’t for this place I didn’t really have another option so thank you Four Seasons I will return soon!

I would not recommend to stay in this hotel because it is not safe. It is in terrible condition and needs lots of updates. It smells like cat and dog urine. There are zero amenities. There is no breakfast. The worst part of the whole day was realizing at 10 PM that there is no one at the front desk. They leave a sign up with a phone number for you to call if you need anything until 6 AM. The hotel is wide open. The back door and the front door is left unlocked. The locks on your rooms are not very secure. Anyone can come in there and do anything and no one would be able to hear you. We were there on a Saturday night and there was only two other vehicle vehicles in the whole parking lot. Would highly recommend to stay at one of the cottages or Airbnb‘s closer to the river.

It was nice, clean room, staff was great. Only recommendation would be to get a room mid way or farther from the desk due to you can hear the door ding in rooms closer to reception desk and if you are a light sleeper it will affect you sleep. Otherwise great experience.

I will preface by mentioning this is the only hotel in the area we found that had decent reviews. I gave 4 stars because our room, although outdated and clean, had a strong mildew smell (opened a window to air it out seemed to fix it) and the “breakfast” was 2 choices of cereal, toast, muffins, milk and coffee. Beyond that, it’s a great spot to land last resort. Staff was friendly. If in a pinch, we’d stay again.
