This was a wonderful, updated, place to stay in a great location in Bend. The room had a mini kitchen which was helpful, and pet fees were very reasonable. It was a 'basic stay' which is what they advertise themselves as, but var superior to similar offerings at this price point. Take the dive, book here if you're looking to save and stay comfy!

Very simple hotel
The hotel is nice and simple. Our room had a kitchenette with a full fridge (which it was a little too noisy). The reason I don't give full stars is the fact that we found a moth the room. Actually our cat found it and kinda broke hell loose in the room, but besides that everything was great! The hotel is within walking distance of the Old Mill Mall which it makes it easy to get something to eat or shopping. We enjoyed our stay and everything was nice. * Picture of the cat taking a nap after the moth encounter.

Great place to stay. This is the second time at this property for us. Super clean and quiet even with allowing pets which we don’t bring ours. Beyond seeing dogs in the lobby, there’s no other trace. Very conveniently located to the Old Mill Dist and downtown.

This place is a joke, I live in the area and stayed here die to a surgery I had the following day, I had called the day before to ask for late checkout The lady on the phone said noo(12) was the best she could do and I said great! The next morning as I was georesdy. They called the room and proceeded to just breathe heavy and then a housekeeper knocked on the door and was rude to my husband. Then they shut off our keys and then the desk called and said they had no idea of our late checkout, extremely rude and uncalled for. I will never stay here again. Check In was bad as well. There was never any on at the desk and when we did the teenager just gave us keys and never did any explaining of anything Every other time they were always just hanging out behind the scenes . Im done. Never been treated this badly at a hotel before
