Sauberes, relativ modernes und ruhiges Hotel. Nur ein paar Gehminuten von einer Hauptstraße entfernt. Etliche Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Der Aufenthalt war vom Hotel selbst und dem Standort her hervorragend.

We stayed here for our final few days of the holiday. Our flight was at 2.45am so we booked two nights to ensure we had somewhere to chill in the evening before our flight. It was Perfect, Clean and near the lake. We loved our final few nights.

Beautiful room. Everything like new. Elevator but car access is maybe 50 feet from hotel entrance but staff will help you with luggage. Lets of great restaurants amd a mini mart in walking distance.

Good rooms in a convenient location. Many international food options nearby. It was nice having a fridge and washing machine in my room. WiFi was spotty at times and the power did go out during my stay for over an hour. Not super soundproof but there are only a couple of rooms on each floor so it’s not a huge deal

As someone working remotely full-time, I really appreciated how home-like this place is. Washing machine, drying area, full kitchen, and plenty of light. Much more practical than most hotels I stayed in Hanoi.

This place is perfect for slow travel. It didn’t feel like a tourist hotel at all, but more like living in the neighborhood. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxed, and I loved starting my mornings walking to the local market and having breakfast at nearby local eateries. A great choice for digital nomads.

Staying here felt much better than staying in a hotel. For a similar price, I got a clean, spacious, and modern apartment with a kitchen and washing machine. The staff were warm and attentive, but never tried to sell extra services like tours or taxis. They simply focused on making sure guests were comfortable, which made a big difference in my overall experience.

I’ve stayed in many hotels around West Lake, and this apartment stands out. It was definitely more spacious and modern, with better amenities for the price. Having a washing machine, kitchen, and elevator made my stay much easier. I asked about drying clothes and the staff kindly assisted without charging. No annoying sales talk about tours or taxis, which made the experience much more pleasant.

Thw room is pretty nice, the problem was they entered my room at 12 aclock at night, without permission, and it was pretty alarming. And then they woke me up again to check that i actually have reservation, very strange.
Also the other guests made so much noise all night, it was a very bad sleep.
The room is nice, and the stuff are good, but it was a bad experience

I loved the location and it had a few small markets nearby. It was also perfect for daily walks around the lake and having a quieter visit. I will definitely stay here again when i come back to Ha Noi

Cozy, modern, and smells amazing. The sheets are incredibly soft and fluffy. Can't believe the quality for this price. Having a washer,kitchen & elevator was fantastic.
