Host was responsive and answered questions beforehand and during stay. Close to train station. Easy to find. This is the only reason the review is not worse.
Unfortunately the flat was dirty and we arrived around 10pm so I had to clean the shower before we could even use it.
Sheets had definitely not been changed as they smelled of BO. Host did send someone out the following morning but I feel this is something I shouldn’t have to ask for!
Beds and pillows are not comfortable. I am not exactly old but I felt 60 after waking up.
Neighbours and outside are loud (appreciate this is not hosts fault just something to be aware of).
Everything needed to be dusted.
Everything was finished to a poor standard. Ceiling is covered with black marks in bathroom and covered with silicone wastage over the walls.
It’s a shame because it could be lovely but unfortunately the lack of care and even basic necessities ruined our experience
