Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my stay here. There were several issues that made the experience uncomfortable and not what I expected.
The Wi-Fi didn’t work, which was very inconvenient. The air conditioning was centrally controlled, so we had no way of properly adjusting the temperature ourselves — it was either too hot or too cold.
The hotel is also right next to a construction site, which meant there was considerable noise and disruption. The bed was extremely hard, like sleeping on a rock, and the rooms felt very old-fashioned and in need of updating. The bathroom was tiny and the shower curtain was particularly unpleasant and looked dirty and worn.
On the first night, we couldn’t even open the balcony door. We contacted maintenance, but even the maintenance man couldn’t get it open, The hotel is in need of some serious updating and better maintenance, and unfortunately I wouldn’t stay here again.
We checked out 3 days early and hotel refused to give a refund!
