Good

Just an overnight stay due to a missed train. The hotel's big advantage is that it is centrally located and beautifully by the sea. It is also clean and fresh. However, it has been a long time since the hotel was renovated except for the dining room. Therefore it gives a simpler feeling. Anyway, I had a comfortable night's sleep in the pleasantly temperate room. The breakfast was quite ok.

Hotel send in advance questionary which supposed to help them to prepare our visit, but nothing was noticed which was weird. Why to ask if nobody read, comment or reply? Only few plugs in room and no fridge.

Pretty poor overall. Housekeeping erratic at best. No service at the bar expect by reception and drinks menu limited. No restaurant either. Lack of plugs in the bedroom which was very dated and shabby. Had to ask for towels and toilet roll to be replaced. Not worth the price.

The location of the hotel is very good. There is a free shuttle running from/to the hotel/train station The rooms are a bit outdated. The status of the rooms does not really match the photos. They are worn out and could use some touch ups. Staff is friendly and there is a nice sun/roof terrace where you can enjoy beach and sea views

Our reservation in this 4 star hotel was: 1 room with a double bed, free parking, free wi-fi. What we received:what free parking means for the hotel is PUBLIC PARKING or PAYABLE PARKING (they gave us the map indicating where to find it(which I still have.) The answer was that "HOTELS" made a mistake. For free WI-FI : there wasn't any in the rooms (although we saw the modems weren't active. There was wi-fi only in the cafeteria located in the ground floor, but only for half an hour and only if you registered. IF YOU WANT FREE WI-FI BETTER GO TO MCDONALDS. For this four-star hotel, there wasn't any fridge which you can find in a three star-hotel. Initially they gave us a room with two single beds instead of the one double-bed that we had booked in April. After an argument with the receptionist,they told us that there were only four rooms with double beds in the WHOLE hotel and all of them were already booked or occupied and that was another mistake from "HOTELS". After I told her that we have been their clients for years, she finally gave us one of the "booked" rooms. The room wasn't like they advertised, it looked more like an one or two-star hotel. We are traveling two to three times a month.

到着時、冷たいレモンウォーターをいただきました。非常に暑い日だったので嬉しかった。フロントスタッフは皆さん誠実で親切でした。日本のアニメが好きなスタッフとは楽しい会話もできました。　朝食ビュッフェは７時からでした。とても配慮のあるスタッフで良い朝食タイムでした。希望を言えば、フルーツと同じくらい野菜もいろいろな種類があると嬉しい。　ロビーが広く中庭もきれいに手入れされていました。　ビーチに近いロケーションは素晴らしく、４階のバルコニー付シービューの部屋は快適でした。　ビーチで使えるパラソルと大判タオルを無料で貸してくれました。　また行きたいと思える滞在でした。

Beliggenheden var perfekt både i forhold til transport, restauranter og strande. Værelserne trænger til en opgradering. Udearealet kunne være mere hyggelig og der var ingen puder i loungemøblerne. Service var neutral. Morgenmaden var god.
