Great location, minutes walk distance to UVA and several restaurants. Very nice hotel owner and her dog. Cozy room and comfortable king bed. Excellent homemade breakfast. We’ll come back! Strong recommend to others.

What a delightful find for our visit to tour UVA! Could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The room was just lovely, breakfast amazing, and the location just steps away from campus was perfect.

Highly recommend!
The manager was very helpful and accommodating with my request for an early check in due to bad weather. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and the room was beautiful. The king bed was huge and so comfortable. Lots of chairs and desk space in the room. Tv was easy to use and large. Views of the city were great. Shower was gorgeous. Staff and food at Farm Bell Kitchen were top notch!

Great B&B
We had the street level room. We really loved the room. It was easy to check in and out. They make everything so convenient. The breakfast was wonderful and so was the service. We like the location as well. Will go again!

Cet hébergement est franchement trop dispendieux pour l’état des lieux tombe littéralement en ruine:douche brisée et dangereuse,literie douteuse La bâtisse et les chambres ont besoin d’entretien Le déjeuner est offert mais trop tard je crois que 7 heures serait grandement apprécié avec peut être un service de café offert plus tôt et en libre service Nous ne retournerons plus dans cette endroit pourtant nous aimons bien le quartier

It is at the corner of UVA on Main St. Therea lot of foot traffic outside the hotel and vehicles passing by but that’s what we wanted, so it was perfect for us

Excellent location and very large roooms - somewhat loud at night from the road if you are on the front of the hotel (but it is a college town so that is expected). The rooms / hotel is a bit dated (could use some paint) but the linens are nice and beds comfortable. The breakfast is amazing and the staff is very accomodating. Parking is the easiest and best price in town! Would definitely stay here again.
