We had requested a walk in shower which was provided, with grab rails beside the toilet, which was idea for my mobility challenged spouse. Our room (17th floor) overlooked the pool and tennis court, with distant views of the Tweed River and ocean beyond. There is a single split system air conditioner in the dining room, and ceiling fans in all rooms which kept the room temperature pleasant.

Positioned above the shopping centre, it was close to all the cafes, supermarket and entertainment. Gorgeous views from the dual balconies on floor 21- beach one side, hinterland on the other. Apartment was spacious, clean and was similar size to permanent living units. Spoilt with electric blinds, multiple air cons and large tv. Kitchen contained usual dishwasher, large fridge, walk in pantry and spacious benches plus all the required appliances and utensils required for cooking. Separate laundry with dryer and washing machine. Spa was out of order but pool and sauna were great. Plenty of sun beds and tennis court. We had a great couple of days away.

ULTIQA Points North – Disappointing Stay We have stayed at ULTIQA Points North before and had a positive experience, so this stay was particularly disappointing. The apartment was extremely dusty and did not appear to have been properly cleaned. Housekeeping was shown the issues the following day. The leather couches had white dust along the tops of the headrests, which I had to wipe down myself. The floors were also very dusty, particularly in the spare bedroom. The main bedroom toilet was in an unacceptable condition and clearly required a more thorough clean. The balcony also appeared not to have been properly cleaned for some time, and we found cut fingernails/toenails on the floor, which was very unpleasant and unhygienic. For the price of the accommodation, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness. Guests should not have to clean furniture or encounter someone else's nail clippings after checking in. We know ULTIQA Points North can provide a much better experience, which makes this stay especially disappointing. We respectfully ask management to review the housekeeping standards and ensure apartments are thoroughly cleaned and inspected before guests arrive.

Kitchen was equipped but basic. Room could be updated, looking a little tired. Blinds don't keep out morning light. Check in was difficult, had to be done online. I am an older person not good with technology, I was not offered any assistance from reception staff, eventually my husband worked it out. Best part about this property was the view and position.
