We recently stayed at the hotel for an additional four days, and while many of the staff members were genuinely kind and helpful, our overall experience was affected by several avoidable issues. One of the biggest challenges was the lack of coordination among the hotel staff, which led to repeated misunderstandings. We also had a principle-based issue with the laundry team that was never resolved to our satisfaction. A major inconvenience throughout our stay was that the room telephone system simply did not work. Whether we tried calling reception, the restaurant, or housekeeping, nobody ever answered. Despite several complaints over multiple days, the issue was never fixed, which made communication extremely difficult. On a positive note, the food at the hotel was very good, and we did appreciate the staff members who tried their best to assist us. Overall, while the hospitality from many staff members was warm, the operational issues and poor internal communication significantly impacted our stay.

Room, staff and breakfast were great, I will stay here again. I stayed here for a night ahead of a flight. I had a couple of packages I needed held for me before I arrived and the duty manager, Sachin was very responsive and helped me out with this which was wonderful.

excellent stay. newer property. great breakfast buffet spread. clean facility. staff go above and beyond to help. all my interactions including with front desk, house keeping and breakfast station staff were excellent. no complaints at all. i hope the facility continues to uphold this level of excellence. 100% will return to this hotel if my travels bring me back to the area.
