The room was a mess you can tell there was no carpet the towels and washcloths were dirty and they just put them back the bed was so dirty i slept on top of the liner. The tub had dirt in it and there wasn’t even a remote for the tv on top of that i paid for a double bed and got 1 king bed and was gonna charge me more for them not having the room set up

No housekeeping until i complain and got day before check out the night before check out I was locked out my room and maintenance had to break the door open to let me in and instead of giving me a better safe working room they left me in the room with the door broke and not able to close it and I have video and photos of the whole thing

Staff was very rude. I was charged a $100 deposit when I got there then they tried to charge me $55 for a blanket that was old and worm . Also, the blanket was full of bedbugs.They told me my deposit was issued back to me on the 13th and I have yet to receive it back.

Toilet was dirty & didn't work. Shower was dirty. Room smelled like weed. We checked in & immediately checked out, & Hotels.com won't refund our stay. Stayed at a nicer place down the road. Lesson learned.

Rented two rooms one of them was still dirty and not cleaned from the last guest. The whole place smelled like weed and cigarettes. I had to ask the front desk for remotes to the tvs in the rooms.

The evening staff and checkout staff was friendly. However before checkout time the maintenance staff came to my room a d knocked on the door, even agter answering and telling them i was in there they just opened up the door. Never have i ever stayed at a hotel where the staff just rudely opens your door.

Conditions of room were poor. Damage on wall, dirty shower, toilet, sink counter was broken and seemed fragile. Floor was dirty. Tv, fridge, microwave was unplugged on arrival. Remote was missing did not have any verbal to show was normal to ask staff for remote. So we spent 45 minutes looking. Some towels were dirty. Shower head was partially broken spraying water over toilet area.

We reserved a room with two queen beds. The first room they gave us didn't have any beds and was clearly under construction or was storage. The second room has two double beds, the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag, the comforters had burn holes in them, and the room was in horrible condition. The guy asked if we wanted amount or non, and I said non. Yet, his excuse for the covered smoke detector was that some people wanted to smoke and didn't want the detector to go off. I've never requested a refund, but I did for this place. When I left, it was unclear if I'd get a refund, but there was no way I was staying there.
