This is "no frills", but highly recommend. Pleasant all around...from check-in, to complimentary items to the coziest bed and pillows. 15 minutes from UConn campus, close to State Park, restaurants and scenic drive.

This is a friendly motel, looks like recently renovated. It offers a great and affordable overnight stay for example for visiting UConn parents (15 min to Campus). There is also a beautiful State Park nearby with hiking, birding and boating options. The reception was friendly and efficient, the room clean and. functional.

This place is not a 5 star hotel but is extremely good. Is quiet and SUPER CLEAN. They can improve a few things but honestly is a great place to stay. The size of the room is bigger than a regular hotel room. Is nice and cozy. Stores are very close to this small town hotel.
