Clean room but... We had to go to a different hotel to get the keys The elevator was hard to find Curtains had multiple holes letting the light in the room Sink water would splash everywhere Train woke us up in the morning Sheets were rough Overall decent enough for the price and give points because they left enough towels and toilet paper and it was clean

The place was in the middle of being renovated, the people are great, the place is clean and comfortable. They do need to put it a place to hang clothes, maybe they plan on adding it later but I take dress clothes with me that need a place to be hung up.

We checked out on 3/20/26 and have yet to receive the refund of our deposit. I called multiple times, was told to text my information and the receipt and was promised a call back and have not received any calls back. When I call it just rings and goes to voicemail. I was told that if they paid my deposit with cash, I would receive it back the next day, but I chose to pay with my credit card instead and I’m glad I did because upon check out the office was closed and I had to slide my key through the window, so nobody would have even been available to give me the cash back. At this point I have disputed the charge with my bank. The rooms are renovated and clean , but the outside of the property is still very much under construction. We didn’t spend much time on the property , but overnight it was a bit noisy while trying to sleep, one of the other guests was playing loud music. I’m glad we only stayed there for 1 night. Probably would not stay again in the future because I shouldn’t have these issues trying to be refunded a deposit never had these issues anywhere else.

It's a little hard to rate this property right now because they are renovating. They are lacking some of the amenities I think of when staying at a hotel, such as ice and vending machines; however, their price reflects this. My room was clean, the staff was very friendly and I plan on staying there again in the future. There are some inconveniences but it will be interesting to watch the changes. They are very conveniently located with lots of nearby restaurants.

This place is getting renovated - they are doing a great job - for the Price you pay its a brand New room - New toilet New tub - will be definately a go to place in sanantonio in my next visit - amazing staff !!!

This is a budget friendly hotel that is currently being renovated. Staff was amazing, and the newly renovated room was clean and comfortable. Don't let the construction deter you, if you need a clean inexpensive place to stay the night, then this hotel is a good deal.
