Was greeted by Gisella who kindly showed us around and asked us if we need anything. The room was clean and came with amenities like toiletries and snacks. There’s a coffee machine and fridge too. Location is perfect as it’s right outside the metro exit. I had a great stay

O quarto estava limpo e tudo novo. Banho e cama ótima. Check-in e Check-out super fácil.

Clean room. Slightly loud in the morning due to cleaning or people leaving/slamming doors. Shower temp fluctuates due to other resident's. Greta location right outside the metro. 5 min walk to central station and 10min to duomo on tube

THIS IS NOT A HOTEL, it's a room in a converted residential building. Guests will be buzzing the bell at all times from the street intercom. The main door at the unit is hard to lock/unlock, and some guests just leave it completely open. There's no safe in the room, as expected in a hotel, so your belongings and safety aren't the best. The location is convenient with the Sondrio yellow line right at the door. Be aware that the street numbering is confusing, and they had a very hard time explaining it. To help you, they are next door to the Crowne Plaza. Too expensive for the service provided, you can stay next door in a real hotel for only 30 euros more.

We stayed here one night to begin our Italian vacation. The property was as described in the listing. The host/owner was very helpful. Take note, that the building has an elevator to get you to the 4th floor where the unit is located. Relatively easy walk from the train station. Metro stop right outside the door. We would stay here again if we were in Milan again.
