From the moment we arrived the manager? Was really friendly and helpful & made us feel really welcome. Our room was spotlessly clean & had everything we needed including tea & coffee facilities. We had a room over looking the garden seating area. Breakfast was fantastic, great location for all amenities & will definitely be back again.

Stayed in a top floor room for 3 which had a nice balcony to sit out on. It is a very central place above a pub so maybe not great if you’re a light sleeper.

The room was really clean, there was no sitting area even tho the room was a tidy size for it, the SOFA BED was so uncomfortable, REALLY HARD , could have a memory topper for gusts to sleep better, u could feel the pole between the seats . didn't have a good sleep at all, I know the hotel is in the city so I was expecting some noice but buy god the noise was so bad , so loud, crazy in fact , music in the hotel was like a night club, and people slaming doors upstairs, like I said we were in the city but really didn't expect it to be like that, paid alot for the room and didn't even have breakfast , I would not stay there again.

Firstly was given a room with no outside area, didn’t seem very private either and was noisy with street outside. I thought I had booked a room with outside area through Hotels.com, which they advertise as all rooms have a balcony or terrace ? But after an extra payment we were given a much larger room with outside space after first night. Rooms are lovely with nice bathroom, lovely shower. My only downfall was it was very noisy in the evening being above a pub but even after closing seems to be noisy in area. Now I know area would return to Tenby but would prefer a quieter area by sea front.

Too Noisy!! Pub stays open late and we could hear the noise from the bar and outside until 1am. Then they started hoovering and emptying bottles at 7am. Location was in the centre of Town, accommodation was clean and the Staff were all lovely

Lovely rooms and very comfy bed. However, we stayed on a Saturday night and whilst we knew it was a pub didn't realise quite how rowdy it got. Blaring music played until 12 making any sleep impossible. We had booked a meal in the restaurant however the music was so loud and wasn't separate from the pub, unfortunately we were unable to enjoy our meal and decided to eat elsewhere. Lovely place but not ideal to stay on a Saturday night.
