Beds, towels and rooms were clean. Some rooms for our team had leaking faucets, our bathroom light switch was not right had to mess with it to get to shut off, hair dryer did not work, staff was nice, pool was great, water pressure is great, was a quite hotel and great for the price of the night.

Just don't it just was not good. the room was falling apart the laminate floors were buckling the doors at the end of the hall that led outside that you're supposed to use your card to get in with no they did not lock door to my room the deadbolt would not latch the curtains were falling off the wall the sheets on the bed they had not been changed I slept on top of the sheets. The furniture was broken just do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself has some issues. The bathrooms are in need of repair - our toilet handle broke at one point (but was fixed when we were out) and there were blackish things in it that went away after flushing. Walls had dust caked on throughout. A/C unit vents were covered in dust and needed to be wiped down. Two pillows on one bed had blackened pillow cases. TV had maybe 5 stations, so don’t plan on hanging out there. Fitness equipment was down as well as breakfast machine. Not many options at breakfast. We had two rooms and there were similar issues in both. Price was fine, staff was wonderful!

We checked in. And within the hour checked out. It smelled like cat urine, mildew and smoke. Stairwells looked like it belonged in an inner city housing project complex. Notice on the desk stated locals that were staying required a 100$ deposit, makes you wonder if they offer by the hour rates. The staff made everyone in the entire party of 4 uncomfortable and unsafe.

No lids for the coffee, can't understand the staff as they hardly speak English, woke up to my thermostat on 49° in the middle of winter ( I set it to 74° the night before). I now see why there were only 2 other cars in the entire parking lot. Do not recommend staying here.

Staff was pleasant. Room was fine and clean. However the beds were thin so it was not very good for my back. The toilet also leaked at the bottom but not a ton. Shower was old but still nice. TV was great and big and the wifi was very fast with no lag. Breakfast was simple but enough. Pool was small but fun for my daughter. They also decorated quite nice for christmas! Overall, for the price it was great!
