Nice enough property, about what you'd expect from a mid-level beach resort. Good amenities, pool, breakfast, and is close to town, the best part by far was the staff, professional, friendly, and ready to help with questions, directions, recommendations, and anything you need at all.

This was my first time in Thailand and I fell in love instantly with the warmth of the staff, the buzz of the resort and the beautiful view. The beach was everything I needed and the hotel had everything I wanted. I am from NYC and would highlight recommend! Easy to take cars wherever, especially to Patong.

Nice property but definitely caters to families. If you want a quiet, more subdued property this is not it. Room is a good size and lots of conveniences. There was a large pool party going on and the music was so loud until 11pm that if you opened a window you could not hear your own conversation.

Well located and provisioned. The food was good and allergens clearly marked, which is very important when traveling as someone who is allergic to some things. Very nice hotel, very safe area, resort style area has a private beach is a plus after experiencing a beach like Patong Beach trust me lol..Hotel staff is very nice I really liked D’Nee very sweet and welcoming!!! Food is very good I mean some of the best food we had so many options..The hotel room was a apartment style 2 bedroom 2 bath with loft and balcony one room has 2 twin bed and the other a king I believe it was..so much storage space..one thing I would highly recommend is if you use small washcloths to just bring your own because they use a bigger towel so it was different, luckily I always come prepared so I brought my own. But I give them a 10/10 for sure.

Rooms bright but well equipped and modern. Communal areas very noisy, echo a lot and piped music quite loud constantly. No real hotel bar as such which means no areas in the evening to congregate for nay atmosphere. Staff were super friendly, everytime you walk by reception they ll all shout out - morning or something friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Room was lovely, bed was huge and comfy. The swimming pool and the whole Laguna area makes you feel like top class tourists. So convenient with restaurants beside, can go to boat Avenue for .50 baht tuk tuk organised for you or can walk only 15 mins. Great massages places outside Laguna, beach right beside. I love it so much I m planning to buy a place in Laguna.

Better than a suite

An excellent choice for longer stays. Hotel is still new and clean. I like the kitchen facilities. The 2 bathrooms have no bathtubs. Lots of space for a family. Breakfast has a large variety of food. Nice pillows and mattresses. The ceiling is thin as we could hear the loud noise of furniture being moved upstairs. The lobby should be bigger as it was rather crowded. Apart from these it is a very thoughtful setup.

Overall, the Hotel concept and room product is good. However, there seems to be some lack of standards and supervision. We arrived around 5.00pm and expected the room to be ready. After a lengthy wait, we were informed that we got upgraded to a loft room. However, it seems to be a problem with a bedside lamp. After another 5 min we were offered a beverage at the restaurant, which was nice. Once we arrived at our room 108, it was the worst positioned room of the hotel. First floor, outlook to nowhere and next to your engineering and paint shop. The room product seems good with all the gadgets. Bathroom cleanliness needs to improve. Something is growing behind the left toilet paper roll. As well dust is accumulating on the chrome. Main room television remote is not working properly. Date on the screen is 2013 or 2015, I know small details but this is where setting standards start.
