Fantastic stay from start to finish. The hotel was comfortable and well-maintained, the staff were exceptional, and the views from our room were breath-taking. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality—we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. We would happily stay here again.

Room was very small and was in need of being updated as paint was flaking of the walls the wardrobe was leaning the extractor fan was so loud the ceiling in the bathroom was all flaking and the wall was mouldy the breakfast was extremely cold each morning

Parking was an issue but we did find a car park about 10 mins away. Hotel was nice and clean , rooms were small and shower was tiny . Rooms were adequate but wouldn’t want be longer than a few days as a week would have been a struggle. Very welcoming staff and very helpful .

I had only a room rate, so didn't have the breakfast. The room was very comfortable, very well maintained. The staff were always cheerful and friendly, happy to help. The location is brilliant, right near the beach and right by the town centre. All in all it was a way of feeling comfortable and 'at home' on a small budget. I'd recommend the place. Thanks.

Staff were lovely. Sunday dinner very nice. Location great. Just let down by a not so clean & very tired room. Also the light in the hall was on through the night which shone right under the door, so we both had a poor night sleep. Second night we had to lay a towel at the bottom of the door. I'm afraid we wouldn't stay here again, which is a shame.

The location is perfect for all leisure , social and shopping activities !! My room was small but it was clean , warm and comfortable and just about right for the single person !! With the age of the property the floors and ceiling are particularly weak and if you have a noisy guest above you ! Then it can be a tad disconcerting when you hear loud bangs upstairs !!! But overall I enjoyed my stay. 😃👏

Was able to drop my bag off early as I arrived before noon but check-in was from 3pm. Very pleasant helpful man took my bag and stored it safely behind Reception. Everywhere was clean and cared for, only downside was the timing of my visit, Storm Claudia made it hard work going to and from the hotel in the strong winds and heavy rain which were obviously worse on the seafront.

No answer from doorbell for 10 minutes after banging on the door too. In the end some customers let us on. Told the staff and they weren't bothered. Room small. Curtains wouldn't close fully. Could hear the TV in the room next to us. Breakfast was cold and soggy
