The hotel is a bit aged, but the service is surprisingly good. I forwarded my suitcase to the hotel and I was surprised it is sent to my room, even I was ready to lift it up to my room. The room is small but it comes with all I need to make my stay comfortable. It is also very conveniently located, 15 mins to Tokyo station and also to Nihon-bashi station, where you can take direct trains to Haneda or Narita Airport

Hotel location is great. 2 minutes walk to the nearest station and located in central Tokyo area making it accessible wherever we wanted to go. Room itself was a bit small, had to do a bit of maneuvering for 2 suitcases but complete toiletries was provided. Service was exquisite but really the best part if the location.
