Plated breakfast for in-room dining wasn’t delivered at 7am as scheduled. Despite several calls to front desk, none was served. By 7:30am, I had to go up to the 9th floor dining hall to ask for the breakfast, and just ate there. Suggest earlier breakfast time like 6am.

Hotel is close to the road and you hear all the road noise early in the morning. I had a suite on the 6th floor and there was no hot water for the shower. Hotel eventually gave us access to a connected room where the water was warmer not hot just better than cold. I added a person to the suite and they charged me an additional 700+ Pesos a day for the additional person. I was also charged an additional 300 Pesos for an additional towel which I spoke to the night manager about and was eventually reimbursed the 300 Pesos. The person I dealt with at the front desk at checking seemed to be making up charges during the check-in process. Also after I complained about the lack of hot water they showed me another room on the 4th fl that was available. The room was nothing like the suite I paid for and would not have worked for us so I denied the offer. The next day the same woman I spoke to at check-in told me they had a room on the 4th fl that was available just like the suite I had. When we went to move to the room it was the same room they offered the night before which I had declined. Not sure if the woman was confused or being deceptive but every interaction with her was sketchy. When I return to Baguio I will be looking for another hotel. Cold showers and extra charges are not what I expect when I rent your best room.

Our room assignment was at 427. Upon check-in front desk staff told me to take care of the beddings, even small stain we will be charge, we want to rest not to vandalize. I haven't heard that warning from any hotel in Europe especially in Rome since i visited that city five tines last year. Shower door are so tight, you have to squeeze yourself upon entering. The door must swing outward not inward because during emergency you cannot get out easily. We want to listen to the local news, but you have to enter or sign up to be able to use the TV. Its frustrating considering the room rate or price per night. We have only one bathroom tissue, so stingy. Window and porch doors needs good insulation, you can hear outside noise, i.e.motorcycle, cars. In fairness, the room was immaculately clean and beautiful. FYI i check out earlier even though i paid for two days.
