Key stops working and no one stays at the front desk. Don't leave your room without your phone to call for help. No coffee or breakfast available as advertised. Soda machine is out of order but it's been that way for years. Pool is never open. I've been staying here a few times a year. It used to be a Quality Inn and has not improved under me name.

Outside was beautiful. Room smelled of cigarettes and the coffee pot didn’t have all the parts. A hot breakfast was advertised in the lobby but there was no hot breakfast. Also when I went to check the breakfast room I got locked out of my room and the key card wouldn’t work. No one was in the lobby to help me for 20 minutes.

They need to pay attention to the small items. Knobs on dresser was broke. Missing vent cover in bathroom. Front desk was never there, you had to yell or call a phone number. Not consistent with continental breakfast. Better maid service. Strong cleaning smell and floors not mopped clean.

The place was a dump. Room smelled like a cigarette butt, stuff hanging off the walls, mold in the bathroom. Wish i could post the pictures. No breakfast in the mornings there was a McDonald's next door. No other hotels the area.

Manager was horrible. Had someone bring me fod and groceries. And they were told I can't have anyone come buy and to leave. Ridiculous.

Old coffee filters left in coffee pots of both rooms we rented. Shampoo had be used in one of the rooms. No coffee the next morning in breakfast area. Poor selection of breakfast glad McDonald's is across the parking lot. Left my granddaughters stroller and had to argue with the owner to get it back after we told her the rooms we stayed in.
