We have stayed at this hotel multiple times as we visit Clinton several times a year. Hotel had always been well kept in the past. This time was rough. Shower had a lot of mildew, tv did not work, part of curtain was missing, one pillow did not have a pillowcase, WiFi was not working, and upon inspecting the mattress, it was ripped and torn. Very disappointing. The staff was friendly, as always.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was looking a little run down. Some outlets didn’t work. There were holes in the wall. Overall maintenance wasn’t great. Food was okay, my boys said the hard boiled eggs tasted like rubber. Other than we had a good nights sleep.

The key to one of the rooms didn't work. The attendant suggested we come get her anytime we wanted to get in the room. The room had an old damp smell. We were able to get a new room. It still needed to be wiped down. The bed was comfortable. I liked being able to use the streaming services. The breakfast was okay. The staff was very friendly.

My biggest drawback was my room was not cleaned the days I was there, no clean towels we had to to the desk each time and request clean towels, I would recommend this Hotels to others you might have to ask for clean towels though.

Nice touch with the fresh fruit bowl and the variety of toppings for oatmeal or yogurt. Annie, the attendant at the buffet, was so sweet. She was keeping the buffet full and clean. Full size cups for the coffee, not the tiny ones!
