Hotel is huge. Room is huge. Breakfast is simple. Good parking underground. Has a lot of charging spaces for EV. But parking space is small. A Toyota 4 runner parked 2 spaces. The manager greets us at breakfast.

Airy, bright, clean, simple and efficient. Great price and place to sleep for the night. Breakfast was good too. Will definitely stay again! Also free underground parking was a bonus.

This is apparently a brand new property and it's gorgeous. The breakfast is very basic but enough. We checked in and didn't like our room so request to be changed. We had literally just checked in and were told because we booked through a booking site they couldn't move us. I didn't accept that though and thankfully we were moved. The first floor rooms are weird as the windows show out onto the corridor so you can't actually enjoy light from outside as you need the shaded curtain for privacy, hence us moving.

Clean and new. Hotel layout is strange, as it is a very long building but it’s new. Good for a short stay in Montreal. I appreciated the free parking. Breakfast was minimal and simple, but also complementary. Bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean. It was about a 8-10 minute walk to Snowdon Metro station. I will certainly stay here again as long as the price is right.

Room smelled like dirty socks, the floors were dirty in bathroom. Lights at bed didn't work, outlet on wall didn't work. The shampoo and conditioner was out.

The loction, cleanlyness, staff attitude, ambience, safety, space were all excellent. Even when there wasn't a coffee machine in the room, the coffe and tea were available in the lobby. The room had all that you needed apart from the disposable slippers. I didn't bother to take a pair with me so I ended up wearing my socks as the floor was sticky under my feet but still clean. I don't mind staying there again if I were to go or had business in the nearby vicinity.

The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, but smelled like wet dog. Our room didn’t have a functioning window, so I couldn’t air it out. We asked for bedding for the sofa bed and it didn’t arrive until 1 in the morning…I did enjoy the shower along with the complimentary body wash and lotion. Indoor parking was a plus! We only stayed one night, but I don’t think I’d stay for longer.
