I'll start off by saying this: the staff are excellent.
Points to consider:
- the showers at this hotel do not work, in general. They have been turned off to prevent guests from scalding thrmselves.
- check your bedding, don't be afraid to request fresh sheets and pillowcases if they are stained.
- the Taste Buds restaurant is brand new and still working out the kinks. The veg restaurant is pretty good.
- cab service can be tough to find, but tuktuks abound nearby.
