The place is exactly as advertised — you get what you pay for. It’s priced fairly, clean, and conveniently located close to the airport with plenty of restaurants nearby. The check-in process was smooth and very well explained by the host. We stayed for two days and, as digital nomads, found the internet to be good and reliable. We worked, took meetings, and had no issues at all. If you’re looking for a simple, clean spot to crash for a transit stay near the airport — or even to work remotely for a couple of days — this is a solid choice.

Had a great stay at phuong’s place. The room was clean, modern and well thought out. The microwave, fridge and kitchenette were all fully functional and in pristine condition. The room also includes a washer and dedicated drying area, which is very convenient for longer stays. On top of that, the host/s were friendly and extremely helpful. This was my second stay at phuong’s place, and once again it was excellent. The apartment is exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is peaceful yet convenient, and everything felt easy from check-in to check-out. What really stood out this time was Thanh as a host. There was an issue that had nothing to do with the apartment itself and was completely external, yet she went out of her way to help resolve it quickly and thoughtfully. Her communication was proactive, clear, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to find a host who takes that level of responsibility and initiative, even when something isn’t their fault. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Thanh’s place to anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free stay.

Check-in was a bit tricky, as we had to wait for a third party to meet us and provide the keys. The meeting point wasn’t communicated clearly, so when we arrived at the ground floor help desk, but they said such short term stays are not allowed in the building. We then had to contact the owner via WhatsApp, who asked us to wait near a nearby bank where someone eventually met us. The apartment was overall clean, but the bathrooms could have been cleaner. There was mold under the wash basins in both bathrooms, and the toilets did not feel thoroughly cleaned. Public transport was slightly inconvenient, as there is no direct crossing from the metro to Landmark 81, requiring a fairly long walk to reach the footpath entrance to the station. However, Grab was readily available. On the positive side, having Landmark 81 next door was very convenient for dining and quick grocery shopping. There was also a decent massage place within the same complex, which was a nice bonus.
