Nice, great view
Overall stay was great. Nice to have an indoor pool and hot tub. The outside grills were converted from charcoal to gas. Very helpful. We love the Cape in the fall! Nice little get away.

Beautiful grounds and close to beach!
Right across a narrow street from the beach - easy access to sunrises and sunsets over the ocean. Beautiful outdoor pool and lounging grassy area and fire pit - lovely play area with beautiful swings and ship to climb on. Wonderful staff! We’ll be back!

Roomy, comfortable and clean!
My husband and I vacationed for 5 days in the Cape Cod area and decided to stay in Falmouth MA. We chose InnSeason Surfside for the ocean views and the fact that it was an apartment. It had a nice size bedroom, den with pull out sofa bed, kitchen with fiull size refrigerator and stove, eating area and 2 bathrooms. Not modern, but clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent. Room service every day if you want it. Price was reasonable. Very nice indoor pool and hot tub.

#1 goal of a hotel is to have guests get a good night sleep. We did not. Very noisy with ice machine, people walking on floor above- get a 2nd floor if at all possible. Fan in bathroom on floor in pieces- not fixed. No toiletries at front desk. Dirty TV remote control. Tiny TV. For this property to be considered "exceptional" is very misleading. Beach and view is about all that was nice.

I loved that it was so close to the ocean. The size of the accommodations was great. The biggest problem was that there was no elevator & we had a lot of luggage to haul up the flight of stairs. The second floor was good because of the view of the water.

We had a great time at the hotel. The ocean is right across the street which was great for us traveling with children. We didn’t have to pack the car up for the beach trip. It was very convenient and comfortable. We will certainly come back again.
