This place is quiet, pretty, simple Staff is really nice and helpful Location is 10 minutes away from downtown or the main attraction, which is the Parrish or parroquia. They have a shuttle service to downtown San Miguel We never tried the food from their restaurant. Place is really small and very quiet Rooms are clean and comfortable. The area is not the nicest but it is safe and it’s very close to the Mirador where you have the most amazing views of San Miguel!

We started our trip right in the Centro, but for the last three days we wanted to be in a hotel with a poo, therefore why we choosed Primivera. The rooms were spacious, the pool with comply cushions refresdioning and they had a courtesy shuttle that ran all day for the Centro. it met all our needs.

The room was beautiful! One new lady at the front desk was difficult to deal with. I had to talk to the manager. The shuttle service was not good. They made such a big deal when I asked to be taken before 10 am! It started at 10am…and they would never take you 10 minutes early….even though I was the only person! It is cheaper to taxi or uber….as it is only $2 in most cases! We were stopped at the door one evening wanting to know WHY we did not call for the shuttle! The cellular in town does not work. I had to ask someone to call for me once….and then found it easier to take a taxi or uber. They act like they cannot understand u at the hotel! But, I think they can. Although the hotel is very pretty, I do not think that I would stay here again!

The property is well kept but there were a few things that were not to my liking. The first and most important is that we had to cut short the trip by one night due to illness and the manager refused to adjust our bill. I understand the need to profit but having an illness is not something you can foresee. They prefer to profit one night and loose a client. And the good wasn’t great. Very limited choices and expensive.
