Het verblijf in dit hotel was over het algemeen aangenaam. De kamers waren schoon en comfortabel, en het bed zorgde voor een goede nachtrust. De ingang van het hotel was netjes en goed georganiseerd, wat een fijne eerste indruk gaf. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam en probeerde altijd te helpen wanneer dat nodig was. De lift werkte goed en was makkelijk bereikbaar. Ook voelde het hotel veilig aan, wat belangrijk is tijdens een verblijf. De locatie is praktisch en geschikt voor zowel korte als langere verblijven. Een klein verbeterpunt zou de variatie kunnen zijn, maar dit deed geen grote afbreuk aan de ervaring. Al met al een goede keuze en zeker aan te raden voor wie op zoek is naar een comfortabel en rustig verblijf.

Cleanliness is a strong point here. The room was very tidy. Bathroom was cleaned thoroughly. Hotel location is very convenient. Downtown area is lively and accessible. Staff were professional and welcoming. They made check-in easy. Support was available at all times. Room was comfortable and quiet. Bed was very relaxing. Breakfast was good and fresh. Service during breakfast was nice. Hotel feels safe and calm. Excellent value compared to nearby hotels. I enjoyed my stay very much.

The hotel is located on the fifth floor of the building. The entrance area and elevator were run-down and unclean, giving an unsafe impression. While the night staff were friendly and helpful, the common areas did not match the photos shown online and appeared unfinished, with exposed cables and missing signage. The room itself was clean, but there were several issues: no bathroom door (only a door frame), a bed with no top mattress or proper blanket, resulting in a cold night, old or possibly refilled toiletries, and a shower with unstable water temperature. Breakfast was served entirely on one tray, including the omelette, with limited tableware. Staff were polite but seemed understaffed. At checkout, I was charged half a day’s rate for approximately six hours, with no flexibility offered. A brief visit by a friend resulted in an immediate call from reception, which felt unnecessarily strict given the short duration. Overall, the stay was unsatisfactory due to poor maintenance, discrepancies between advertised images and reality, and rigid policies, despite courteous staff.

My stay at this hotel was excellent from start to finish. The check-in process was fast and smooth, and the staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Security at the hotel is very good, which made me feel safe and comfortable at all times. The room was very clean, spacious, and well maintained, with comfortable beds, strong air conditioning, and daily housekeeping. Everything was organized and spotless. The location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown Cairo, close to major attractions, restaurants, shops, and transportation. The hotel also arranged tours and excursions for us, and everything was very well organized and reasonably priced. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service, location, and value for money. Fiquei satisfeito com a hospedagem. O quarto estava em ótimo estado, bem limpo e silencioso. Dormi muito bem, a cama era confortável e o ar-condicionado manteve a temperatura ideal.
