Elendig renhold, ikke noe rengjøring av rom. Familie rommet var kun plass til maks 3 pers. Å ligge på gulvet på en rom er ikke verdig et hotell.

Reservamos dois quartos, um dos quartos o chuveiro não funcionou e trocaram de quarto e esse outro quarto a pia estava entupida.

When we came to the hotel the person there said that there was something wrong with the payment for the room. I showed him my receipt that i had prepaid the room and they told me that there was an issue between me and Expedia because Expedia had not paid them for the room.
So i had to sit there in their reception and try to contact hotels.com on the phone which is not very easy because first it takes a lot of time to find a telephone number to them, and then it takes a lot of steps before you can talk to a real person.
When i finally got hold of a person who could see my problem i asked him to talk to the hotel personal which he did for a about ten minutes but they could not come to a solution so hotels.com started to find another hotel to us which they did after about two hour while i was waiting on the phone. And in all the time we where sitting and waiting for a solution to our problem, the personal at Premier Inn just neglected us and did nothing to try to help us.
That hotel we got instead, Radisson Red was a great one so thanks for that switch.
