The staff really went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. It's also worth noting that the food in the hotel restaurant was exceptional!

真實評價

6/10 不錯

The lobby and dining areas are beautiful. Well maintained and clean common spaces. Our room was outdated and had a lingering odor (moisture). Staff should pay a little more attention to detail when cleaning the rooms. Bed was clean and comfortable. Nice pillows. Bar service was great.

6/10 不錯

The reason I visited Bali because of weather and sandy beaches, unfortunately the beaches were 25 minutes drive from my hotel which I was not aware of. They put information one minute from the hotel which was misleading information . I was really angry and it was surprising. My advice will be to everyone check out all the informations before visiting. Otherwise Balis people are very friendly and helpful.

10/10 完美

I booked two rooms for eight nights, and the staff made the whole experience incredible, they were all very warm, polite, and professional. Their consistency and sincerity easily take this 3-star property to a 5-star level. The people here really made our stay memorable. Food was top-notch, both à la carte and buffet breakfast 10/10. The property is fairly new and doesn’t serve liquor yet (permit pending). The gym’s a bit small but nicely done, and the only real downside was the lack of AC in the lobby. You’ll need to be in your room or the restaurant to cool off. I did notice a few cockroaches and mosquitoes near the pool, though pest control was already scheduled. Overall, a great stay. I’d definitely book here again next time I’m in Kuta.
