All communication was directed through apps that did not work. Telephone communication was machine answer and long waits with no resolution when a human was reached. There was no onsite assistance available. Yet I was charged a resort fee. There were maintenance issues and they never responded. A smoke alarm was going off continuously when we arrived. That was considered nonemergent. We were forced to climb on a rickety chair to remove it. I wonder what the fire Marshal in New Braunfels would think of a complex without
a working smoke alarm for 4days.
