Mi estancia en general fue positiva. Quiero comenzar destacando que el personal del hotel fue increíblemente amable. Además, la limpieza de las instalaciones era impecable, un aspecto que siempre valoro mucho. Sin embargo, hubo algunos detalles que considero importantes mencionar, ya que podrían mejorar la experiencia de futuros huéspedes. En primer lugar, el diseño del baño me resultó un tanto inusual. Aunque funcional, la combinación de bañera y ducha en el mismo espacio puede resultar incómoda. Además, no fue posible utilizar la bañera, ya que no se proporcionó el tapón, lo que limitó su uso. En cuanto a la comida, tuve una mala experiencia con los chilaquiles que pedí. No se me informó que el platillo incluía crema, un ingrediente lácteo que no puedo consumir. Sería recomendable que el hotel detallara los ingredientes de cada platillo o confirmara con el cliente antes de incluirlos, para evitar este tipo de inconvenientes. Por último, el mayor problema fue la conexión a internet. Durante toda mi estancia, ninguna red Wi-Fi funcionó debido a la saturación. Aunque el personal fue amable y se disculpó, no se ofreció una solución, y considero que el acceso estable a internet es hoy en día una necesidad básica para muchos viajeros. En resumen, mi experiencia fue agradable gracias a la amabilidad del personal y a la limpieza del lugar, pero sería ideal que el hotel atendiera ciertos aspectos de servicio y comodidad.

Overall a very nice experience. Super cold air conditioning, great hot water pressure, very quiet and a wonderfully comfortable bed. Plus, I love that it's pet friendly. I think though, for this level of hotel, a few amenities should be added though, like more parking, room service and basic things in the room like drinking glasses and maybe hotel information booklet.

La primera noche se fue la luz, resolvieron prendiendo las plantas generadoras, en servicio todo bien, si vas en coche tendrás que dejarlo en la calle ya que el estacionamiento es pequeño Pero la ciudad en l zona centro es muy segura, solo trata de pagar parquímetro para evitar multas Pero es de muy bajo costo La cama a mi gusto estaba muy incómoda, ya se sentía vieja ya que estaba muy aguada En general todo bien, buena opción para solo pasar la noche

Bien En Términos Generales. Ya que me entregaron un Control Remoto de TV sin Batería que ya lo tenían reportado. Y No me permitieron permanecer afuera a tomar agua simplemente insistiendo a través del mesero a consumir forzosamente en el restaurante sin importar que era huésped. Lo cual hubiera hecho si no hubieran actuado de la manera antes mencionada.
