The room was very nice and clean, well maintained. It was spacious for 2 people. The host Luca was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable enough. The airconditioning, elevator and other facilities worked very well. The balcony was great, very nice view over Palermo and the mountains. The neighborhood was more lower class and chaotic. But it was a close walk to the city center. There was quite a bit of noise outside at night: ambulances, traffic, yelling, construction. If you enjoy a quiet night, I would not recommend. Otherwise a very enjoyable experience!

È stato un soggiorno nel complesso piacevole e gradevole. La zona è vicina al mercato ballaró, una delle mete per eccellenza. Luca è stato gentilissimo e cordiale. Unico consiglio che ci permettiamo di dare è quello magari di aggiungere un tavolino anche pratico sul balcone molto grande e comunicante. Per il resto ringraziamo la struttura e consiglieremo a chi vorrà soggiornare a Palermo.

Good Stay Close to the City Center

The apartment is in a great location – about a 15–20 minute walk to the main attractions in the city center, which is very convenient. The building and the apartment itself are in good condition, clean and functional. It's worth noting that the surrounding neighborhood is quite dirty, which slightly affects the overall impression. On the positive side, there's free (though unofficial) parking right next to the building, and we always found a spot, which was very helpful. The host was very kind and responsive. Overall, a solid place to stay for a short visit to Palermo
