The hotel was nicely remodeled, current and comfortable. It was our first experience in a staffless hotel and after speaking to others entering/exiting the hotel we were able to jump through the hoops to gain entry (due to booking with an outside agency). We would definitely stay at this site again.

I was super impressed with this property. It was exceptionally clean, new and decorated so stylish! The location was perfect for a visit to see my son at Ohio University. Close to everything and very safe. I will definitely be back to stay when I visit Athens.

We stayed the weekend while visiting Hocking Hills. It was just right for 2 people. The room was clean and the supply closet was stocked. I had never stayed in a staff-less hotel but it pleasant. We walked to dinner both nights and visited the local pub to end the nights and felt safe walking back. I would recommend and stay again. My only critique would be that the bathroom fan was very loud.

We enjoyed our stay at The Mulberry. Even though the staff is not on the grounds, they will answer a short email very quickly They provide the door codes via text, The room was very clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable, there was plenty of hot water in the shower & there is a small fridge in the room. The front lobby has plastic bags to put inside your room ice bucket, a large scoop to get ice from the ice machine, a pop & water vending machine. The front lobby also has coffee cups and a good selection of coffee. It’s located 12 miles outside of Hocking Hills State Park, which is where we went hiking during the day. I would recommend the Mulberry and I would stay here again if I was in the area

Basic hotel. Clean and nice. Minimal amenities, but thoughtful. There is no staff onsite, but the phone was answered when assistance was needed. Would recommend. Nearby food options were good.

Room was clean, comfortable beds. Liked the access to extra towels, but needs a designated area to place soiled towels. We stayed during the renovation and some of the workers were overly noisy, cheering and yelling early. This coupled with road work (road work not under hotel’s control), woke us up. We had no issues with ice, but when the hotel is full, I bet the ice capacity is too low. Overall a good stay, except for overly loud renovation crew.

The Mulberry was cute. It was a different experience for me to not have any staff on site. But after some juggling of the phone and all the luggage, I figured out how to get in the front door and then my room. The hallway always had a weird smell to it, but the room smelled really nice. The lighting in my room left a lot to be desired. It was very dull and dim and especially at the mirror you could barely see anything. My only other problem was there were many fruit flies constantly flying around. The shower was very nice and spacious. Overall it was an acceptable place to stay.

Great stay near the Hocking Hills State Park

Great room, and lobby was clean and nicely decorated. We stayed in room #1, so I was worried about the foot traffic; however I heard minimal noise of the other guests.

Absolutely loved this place. It was very clean. Had a nice little coffee bar and a guest supplies closet. This is a staffless hotel. Which was not bad at all. I would come back and stay again.

What a great place!! Everything was clean, updated and quality! The King room was more like a small apartment! There are great restaurants within walking distance ands lots to do in the surrounding area! I will definitely recommend this place and we’re sure to stay again!!

We booked this hotel last minute and could not have been happier! I think this was the cleanest and quietest property we have ever stayed at. Check-in was easy and we were provided a code to get in the front door and into our room. We only stayed one night and I wished we had been able to stay longer. Logan is a cute little town and we enjoyed walking around and going into the little businesses. We would definitely consider staying here again if we are ever in the area.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and good for our stay. I would suggest more lighting in the rooms. The owner was welcoming and friendly. Although located very near the street, the cinder block construction, made it quiet and peaceful.
