Do not go to a very bad place to stay
這個飯店已經被素質低落且富而無禮的大陸華人給佔滿了, 連帶的服務的菲律賓服務生前台非常不禮貌
身為ㄧ個旅遊業者前往長灘島20幾次的經驗 這次是最差的 每天的早餐供應時間7-9點就是ㄧ場戰爭
不只質量很差 完全配不上他的飯店星等 非常不建議帶著家屬去度假
甚至歧視大陸籍旅客 極少數浪費的行為 對於水果與蔬菜採用分配 讓人感覺有乞討得委屈感
客房服務也極差 本人升等住宿POOL SIDE房樓中樓 全家人都在ㄧ樓脫下戶外鞋
客房服務生卻在我全家人面前 直穿鞋子踩踏上ㄧ二樓
床上有沙礫 每日飯店的補充礦泉水 只有當我跟前台投訴後有送兩瓶
隔天又忘記了要補充 淋浴間的洗浴用品時時沒有補充到位
每天飯店的大堂就是滿滿的旅行團客 不停的導遊用麥克風嘶吼
飯店的服務生 也欺負中國籍旅客不懂陰文
當我家人用流利的英語 才有合理的服務
