사파에서 5박 묵었습니다. 사파교회, 호수 바로 옆 최고의 위치이고, 시설도 훌륭합니다. 매일 아침 조식도 맛있게 잘 먹었고 부족함이 없었습니다. 오래묵었다고 3번이나 세탁도 무료로 해주었고 떠나는데 점심 도시락도 챙겨줬어요 감동 ㅠㅠ 전망도 훌륭하고 매우 강추합니다

맑은 날 체크인을 하게 되어 테라스에서 멋진 산 구경을 했어요. 그 이후로는... 객실은 깨끗하게 관리가 잘 되어 있었어요. 직원들도 친절하고 다만 욕실이 샤워하면 물이 많이 튀어서 좀 불편했어요. 그리고 물건들을 올려둘 탁자 같은게 좀 부족해요. 조식은 간단하게 먹을 정도. 그래도 2박 3일 잘 보냈어요.

The property is very clean. Its comparable to staying in a cabin surrounded by lush trees and plants. Breakfast is a complete meal not just the typical cereals and muffins. They have noodle soup eggs cooked to your liking. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

Beautiful hotel! The staff is so friendly and let us hangout in the lobby since we got to the hotel hours before check-in and let us keep our luggage and hangout the next day while we waited for our bus. They offered us free breakfast the first day and the option to shower the second. The staff were wonderful and helpful! The views from our room were amazing, and the setup of the room was awesome with a living room below and the bedroom, bathroom, and balcony upstairs. This is the hotel to stay at if you’re in Sapa!

We stayed for two nights at Sapa Pine Hill and the staff is great! The room is clean and all the stores, restaurants, and transportation are all in walkable distance. Would definitely recommend for anyone who comes to Sapa and stay at Pine Hill Ecolodge.

Pine Hill Eco Lodge is in an excellent location but it’s up a rather steep hill so it’s best to take a Grab car when out shopping. The two room cabin is wonderful BUT the stairs to each bed room are VERY Steep so please consider a different room if you have issues with stairs. The front staff were amazing and helped us with tickets and even ordering a birthday cake. I highly recommend this hotel and also visiting SAPA as it was a lot of fun and has some very beautiful sights. The area is highly focused on tourists and honestly it’s a bit tacky but the people are very friendly and the food is reasonable in terms of price and high quality. Land slides are common in the rainy season so you may experience some delays but its worth the effort.

We booked the one bedroom bungalow for 4 nights. The room had a very good mountain view and was comfortable. However the bedroom is located upstairs of the sitting area. Unfortunately as we are an elderly couple, we find going up and down the steep stairs difficult. Had to change to the deluxe room without steps. Will not recommend the 2-storey bungalow room for those with walking difficulties. Other than that, hotel is great with wonderful staff. Breakfast buffet is excellent with nice views. Hotel is very well located to Sapa station and the Square. Restaurants and shops are walking distance. Taxi transport is cheap and easily available via Grab.

Beautiful property. Very nice staff. The view from the restaurant/breakfast area is nice. The room we had kinda weird the window is pointless unless you like people looking into your room. Bed was very stiff. Not my thing after 4 days it was doing a number on my back. My bathroom some reason smelled like mildew. The coffee shop had a cat inside that was very friendly and adorble so big plus. Breakfast was about 90% the same thing everyday. But looking over the city and into the mountains was nice to see every morning. I think one down side is there was not tv that I could have hooked up to to watch a movie instead of sitting on my phone at night to watch something. For the price I paid think its worth it besides the stiff bed.

The hotel was stunning. We unfortunately came in foggy weather so did not get to enjoy the views but the bungalow was so cosy and comfortable. It has good working air con/heating and an electric blanket in the bed as it was cold when we were there. It's so clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely, the little wooden tub was so cute and made for a lovely hot bath. It was clean. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They accomodated early check in as soon as a room was available and offered shower facilities in the meantime and allowed us to enjoy breakfast as we had arrived very early following the sleeper train. Amazing stay, 100% come here if you're staying in Sapa. It's very central to the shops, restaurants and Sapa station. You can walk to Moana from here too, about 15 minutes downhill.
