Clean rooms with upgraded bathrooms. A good shower and hot water. Very conveniently located to the "Pernety" Metro station (line 13) and the Montparnasse railway station. Look, I can't speak to other travellers' experiences but this hotel was really good. A friendly staff, a good breakfast service and a mostly comfortable room. Hotel is very convenient for metro access. Staff at the front desk were pleasant. The room was very small, had damage all over the walls, marks on the curtains, a loose tap in the bathroom, no headboard on the bed, and other damage in key areas. This combined with the ability to hear the showers in other rooms very loudly and the bed sheets simply being flipped instead of changed made for an unpleasant stay. Hotel did not meet the expectations made clear in their photos. Would not recommend.

The staff is friendly, and the room seemed nice. If you have a closer look though, the interior is in urgent need of maintenance or replacement, including the lift. The area is quite nice, with Cafés around every corner, and the train station is just a short walk away. So if you do not want to spend too much money on your hotel when you stay in Paris, this hotel is a decent option.

Great location not such a good hotel at the moment

We wanted to book a family room via hotels.com when we arrived the only available rooms were 2 doubles. The hotel is undergoing renovation work that we were not informed about. The room we were given had a lot of issues and was in a poor state of repair. Broken door lock, safe not working, badly damaged sink, lamp did not work and had bare wires, socket dangerous and away from the wall, no air conditioning, lamp broken and the fridge did not work. The location of rhe hotel was fantastic and the local area really good, lots of nice restaurants and shops. Very good for the metro, was into central Paris in less than 30 minutes.

Clean, compact room in a local area in a Parisian suburb. Ten minutes walk from Montparnasse station. Room was compact, clean and comfortable with a portable cooling tower, small fridge and hairdryer. Staff we met were pleasant and helpful. The only issue we had was a weak shower and a loose shower door which came off its runners! This was reported to the staff. Ideal for a quick stopover. !
