Coming to this sparkling clean handsome hotel after beach time in Tulum was fabulous. The restaurant was excellent - my adult kids and I liked the little gourd of chocolate and homemade taco upon arriving- and then the array of regional dishes. Service was perfect. We could swim off our dock and play cards on our private veranda. The heavy wooden shuttered doors in the immaculate were elegant and effective.

This was our second time staying at the property—our first visit was seven years ago. We returned because we had such a great experience the first time, and we were pleasantly surprised to see that the new ownership has made significant improvements. The property now features a beautiful pool and a picturesque dock extending into the lagoon, complete with hammocks for relaxing. They also offer a boat tour of the lagoon, which was excellent. Our guide was fantastic, and even though we were running late, they kindly accommodated us with a later departure. We were celebrating our son’s 15th birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. They arranged for a cake, decorated his room, and even sang Happy Birthday. The food throughout our stay was delicious, and a highlight was the woman making fresh corn tortillas on-site, they were incredible.
