Unpleasant stay
- Unclean: cookie/bread crumbs in carpet
- Uncomfortable: can feel individual spring coils laying down (mattress may have been flipped?)
- Unfriendly: was asked to pay additional fee for using the gym - this was not as advertised, and the staff was not upfront about it upon checking in.

Hotel was high class; good air conditioning, rooms were nice and clean, staff was professional, lobby was pristine, they had allot to do at the hotel as well as a golf course and driving range right outside, and location was in a short drive from the mountain recreation areas.

Good to stay in Wonju
There are not many proper hotels in Wonju. I guess the hotel is right for family or business if you have to stay in Wonju. It's in a quiet & clean air location. You can relax and reach to Wonju sightseeing places easily with a car.

Better than my expectation!
Reviews online was not always positive but I thought it was better than expected. Only complain I have was A/C was turn off in the whole hotel due to season. They said they turn it on only during Summer season.

Location far from exciting
Rooms are fine and while nothing to complain about as such, the location of the hotel is truly in the middle of nowhere and not in the city. Fine for a quick overnight stay as we needed it for, but would be far better value to stay at one of the other options available in wonju.

Good Business Hotel
The staff were very good and arranged for a taxi when I left. Their laundry service is not on site though and it took longer than I expected. The hotel is located in a peaceful area of Wonju, but that means there are no shops or restaurants nearby. Hotel food is very expensive. I never could figure out what the hours were for the 7-11.
This was the only hotel I could find to book online in Wonju.

Good for conference venue
Good stay except lackness of neighborhood due to on-going development of the area around.

A good hotel
The staff is not really good at English but you will get what you ask for with a little bit of patience. The rooms are big and view is nice. The overall hotel is a little bit old though and you can feel it everywhere. The entertainment system is a little bit troublesome to manipulate and you will need to constantly adjust the sound. They have several, maybe 30-40, Korean channels but few international ones (saw BBC news, no French, no Spanish and no German). You will find the most basic commodities such as soap or hair dryer but that is about it unless you decide to pay some extra for body lotions and such.
They serve continental breakfast but not much sweet thing in there and it is a little bit overpriced I find (12,000 won per breakfast)
The restaurants on the 9th floor are good. A little bit expensive again but the taste was really alright. Even the house wine they serve per glass in their western restaurant is worth it I think.
Overall this is a good enough hotel, you will not come to be overly annoyed at anything but if you have visited nice hotels before you feel a little lack of overall quality maybe.

Good stay
The hotel was great and the staff was super friendly. They called Taxi's for us whenever we needed one. The only compliant is that the room got very hot at night, we tried to turn on the air but it didn't seem to. It wasn't a huge deal but an inconvience. Overall, it was a great stay and very nice hotel!

Nice stay.
I had a nice stay even if the hotel is far from everything. The room was nice and big. The gym was good but could have some more equipment, like stairs climbing.
The staff was very nice and helpful.
