First of all we checked in and not enough towels were provided. Bathroom floors are slippery and they didn’t want to provide an extra floor towel to step out from The shower. Second most important they did not have hot water to shower. We thought it was defective and we asked a cleaning lady if they could fix it and her response was that they don’t have hot water there only cold or freezing water. Third of all the music is so loud they play music outside until 3-4am the rooms are not sound proof and you will stay up all night. Fourth of all the chairs inside the room are not comfortable. You want to put shoes on but it reclines all the way back the idea was there I see their vision but not the right furniture. 5th the cleaning was horrible the edges of the bed are covered in dust and grime we cleaned it ourself with wipes and they all came out black. 6th we asked the laundrymat for extra towels because we couldn’t find the maid and they refused to give us towels because the maid had to provide it to us. We only saw them mopping outside at 8am and couldn’t get fresh towels. 7th the power kepted shutting off at night every 30min to an hr and come back on so watching tv sucked. The good : the view was good and AC worked great was cold and WiFi signal was decent.

This hotel is located near El Malecón. Beach front view walkable distance to other small eateries and their flea markets, restaurants and bars. The hotel room it self had a horrible underground black water smell constantly, even when walking by the property as the hotel is small (about 8 rooms). Our suite was called “El Tunco” no warm or hot water on the shower. The included the breakfast which was super horrible. We waited about 30 mins just to receive cold coffee. The food was cold, you only have an option of 4 choices from the whole breakfast- we had to pay extra for a glass of orange juice and water. The restaurant was barely empty, only 1 server and had to walk to another location to bring the food. Mopping sink right by the tables 😠. The worst was the pool. The pool hasn’t been cleaned I think in years. It had all that nasty green mold and people were even inside. The only thing good was the bed, they had a little “chale” right infront of the hotel and they could sell drinks. They offer laundry services at a reasonable price and that was a plus. Won’t be staying here for sanitary reasons.

The room was clean and the kitchen area was well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was kind and attentive. The view was fantastic and the restaurant was great. The only improvements would be to clean the pool and the bamboo bar was never open during our stay.

Room was in good condition. The only issue was that they left only two rolls of toilet paper for a 6-day, 5-night stay for two people, so we had to request more. They also did not provide a hair dryer or an iron.

Everything was awful, I arrived on time to the hotel but the door was locked and nobody answered. The hotel is in a different location than the restaurant, parking lot is separate too. There is no beach to swim, there is ocean view but you can swim at all. The place and amenities are not worth the price they charge. I didn’t stay in the hotel because it didn’t look clean or I didn’t feel welcome. I don’t recommend this place at all. Expedia should check it out the places before offering online. I am so disappointed about this place.

Cuarto con muy buena presentacion, comodo, limpio, amplio, suficientemente dotado, moderno y cama en buen estado, con sabanas limpias. Vista a l aplaya, hermosos amaneceres; pero no se puede usar para acceso a bañistas/rocas y piedras demasido grandes. Desayuno algo limitado, poca cantidad por plato; pero buen sabor; servicio demorado, para entregar la orden; a pesar que nadie mas estaba en el restaurante. Los meseros muestran amabilidad.

This hotel had so much potential but was unfortunately ruined by having loud music blasting directly in front of the hotel and no hot/warm water in the shower. When I arrived, I had lunch at the hotel restaurant which was excellent! The waiter was very attentive, and the food was outstanding! The views and the set up of the room were beautiful. However, as soon as I went to my room after lunch around 2:30pm, music started blasting right in front of the hotel at the little bar outside the entrance. I think it was a part of the hotel. I went out to explore for several hours and came back to the room around 10pm and the music was still blasting loudly. I asked what time the music will stop and the bartender said 2 am! That's totally unacceptable for guests that are trying to relax and sleep especially after being out all day. When I attempted to prepare to go to bed there was no hot/warm water in the shower and the music was still blasting. Even after the music stopped there were loud noises coming from around the room walls and people talking loudly outside on the balcony. I got absolutely no sleep the entire night! I was highly disappointed with my stay and wish I could get a refund!
