Overall a solid product with well-presented rooms. However, the location is sub-optimal – in rush hour it took around 50 minutes to reach South Beach. As a VIP property, I would have expected a more consistent execution: the app showed higher-category rooms available, yet the front desk advised there was no availability and no upgrade was offered at check-in. The second bedroom also had no window, which materially affects the quality of the stay. In addition, response times on their WhatsApp chat were noticeably slow, which is not ideal when guests rely on it for timely information and support. we checked out a night earlier.
