The property was nice. The room was clean. There was a Starbucks a few feet away from the property so coffee options were easily accessible. I attempted to check in an hour early and the staff without checking (maybe she had recently checked?) told me they had no clean rooms available until 3pm check in time. My room was on the second floor which was open and you can hear the noise from the lobby. A large group must’ve come in or something but it was loud for a while which made it hard to sleep. The restaurant at the property was pretty good. We were all satisfied and enjoyed our dinner and drink options. Customer service is huge for me so although I appreciate the cleanliness, I will not stay here again because of their lack of “care”.

Buffete de desayuno excelente, alberca con agua templada para los pequeños aunque es algo pequeña, los cuartos en buen estado, al igual que las instalaciones compartidas. La verdad muy comoda nuestra estancia familiar.
