Had a very nice stay for one night. The reception desk was so helpful and gave great restaurant recommendations. The rooms were clean and quiet—a good place to rest after a day tour of the fjords. The outdoor cafe with views of the lake and mountains was also special.

Authentiek hotel

Authentiek hotel direct aan het treinstation van Voss gelegen. Als je aan de treinkant van het hotel slaapt moet je rekening houden met wat geluidsoverlast. Er rijden niet heel veel treinen en 's nachts een enkele goederentrein. We waren er op een zeer warme zomerdag. Het is dan erg warm in het hotel. De pianist in de bar geeft extra sfeer. Muziek is ook buiten op het terras te horen.

This is a historic property, and you can definitely feel its charm—some of the floors squeak, adding to the character of the place. It almost feels like you're staying in a museum, with rooms decorated in antiques and vintage touches throughout. There are several cozy common areas where guests can relax and unwind. The location is excellent—if you're arriving by train, the station is right outside the hotel. If you're driving, there’s convenient parking available, and the hotel is just a short drive from some truly beautiful spots in the area.

Reception was very helpful. Restaurants and food trucks nearby. We lightly heard the train station from our room; noticeable but not loud, and convenient. Hotel could use some simple art on the wall in the room.

O hotel é bonito, pitoresco, bem localizado e fomos agraciados com a presença da proprietária, muito acolhedora e simpática. O único problema é que não há persianas e a cortina não tem blackout. Então a claridade prolongada na noite não me permitiu dormir de forma contínua. Acordei cansada porque não descansei o suficiente.
