We requested a room change when we got there to check in and the clerk was very nice and super helpful.

This is a Motel 6. It's just rebranded. Which is fine. You get what you pay for. As a solo traveler looking for a a place to sleep for a night, this is the lowest price option in the Topeka area. This place checks the box. Soft bed, relatively clean. Rooms are not carpeted, floors and bottom of shower is scuffed, the only light is the overhead light (no lamp). But it did the job. I'd never have my family stay here, but for a stopover night, it's fine. 6/10.
真實評價

10/10 完美

The room was maintained and clean. The shower head was on the shower curtain side spraying towards the wall, brilliant. It helped prevent over splash out of the shower.

The property is run down in poor shape They charge extra for handicap rooms It’s a scary place Outdated and in horrible condition Needs to be closed
真實評價

6/10 不錯

It was apparent the sheets were soiled. Last time we will stay at these motels.
真實評價

It was conveniently located for my primary destination.

2/10 欠佳

I booked on an app for a discount and when the lady at the desk said to just go through her for the next night and I would get the same rate and then later I found out she charged me almost double what I paid through the app. FYI make sure you check what you will be charged because it isn’t worth what I was charged for a night.

Basic cheap room that was Pet friendly. Good value for price paid. A 3rd pillow would be nice. Very friendly and helpful staff at check-in. Would stay here again.

真實評價

Staff was great, room worked perfectly for our needs. Thank you! I am sure we will be back as we sometimes work in this town.
真實評價

4/10 尚可

the staff was friendly and helpful. The property is not very desirable but I have seen much worse. I am beside myself at how much these places can charge for a place to sleep. If it were a decent place, that'd be different. No breakfast or even coffee pot. That was a negative mark for me.
真實評價

2/10 欠佳

This was the worst place to stay the mattress was old had holes in it had rust stains like it came out of the trash the fridge and microwave was dirty with food residue on top the shower had chipped paint and terribly stained I requested for another room the clerk created a scene very aggressive toward me I was offended by her actions I wouldn’t ever the outside was dilapidated and unsafe bricks and trash in the with a broken down fence I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone especially if you have children very dangerous
真實評價

2/10 欠佳

Roaches coming out of the microwave and fridge it is gross and you think they mop the floor well don't go on the floor with white socks cuz they'll be black within 2 seconds

They sold my room even after I had it reserved and whenever I questioned the front desk, he tried to say he called me and I asked for proof because he never did and he told me it don’t matter no room left here go elsewhere

I've seen worse but it is pretty bad for the price! I regret paying for it for sure!

真實評價

Nope!

Front desk guy was super sweet. But the room was filthy. There was piss on the toilet seat, something that looked like feces on the wall and i woke up to caterpillars crawling.
