The check-in experience can be difficult. You apparently need to fill out an online form by a certain time on the day you arrive before you can access the apartment and there is no one on site. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable though.

Boa opção proxima a estação de trem. Ralo do chuveiro estava entupido deixando o banho prejudicado mas foi um imprevisto o banheiro é muito bom. Uma pena é o check-in 16h e check-out 10h... se for uma viagem curta fica prejudicado. Você faz o procedimento de check-in antes de forma online (inclusive o pgto da taxa) não estranhe... foi feito contato antes e tudo funcionou muito bem.

This property was very beautiful inside and very secure with a locked door at the street level. Digital access was used to enter the group of rooms inside the area designated as Luxury Station Suites with additional digital access to our personal suite. All was clean and beautiful. The host was extremely helpful and contacted me several times to ensure I understood how to access the room we reserved. It was less than 2 blocks from the Bologna Train Station with many restaurants and bars nearby. I would definitely stay at Luxury Station Suites again!

I is a very nice apartment. Good 👍 location to city. And restaurants. Also to the train station 🚉. The apartment very clean. Good 🛌. The room is very nice a lot of space. The room was as pictured and is in a good location. However, it loses power about 1-2x a day (at least during the time period we were there in late June). The A/C isn’t great, the bathroom shower floods and the remote control to the TV was missing a battery so we couldn’t use it. We complained to host via WhatsApp about the flooding and remote and didn’t receive a response until 2 days later after I called hotels.com support to complain about my issues being ignored during my stay and the host being unresponsive. The host asked for a good review and offered 10% discount if I ever booked again.
