Séjour génial. Le personnel est adorable et on ne peut plus serviable. Dommage que la piscine chauffée ne le soit pas.. ça ne nous a pas empêché de piquer une tête, mais à 190€ la nuit, ça pique un peu !

The hotel and private car park is next to the old town so it’s perfect for wandering around Salers. The reception and restaurant staff were very welcoming, professional and helpful. Our room on the first floor was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Tea, coffee and a kettle was provided in the room. The bathroom was clean and modern. The shower was very good and there was plenty of hot water. The dining menu was very good, offering local dishes prepared to a high standard and the table service was excellent. Breakfast was buffet style. The only small criticism is that only orange juice was offered and when I explained I was allergic to it and asked if I could have an alternative, the somewhat grumpy man who appeared to be responsible for restocking the buffet said no, I’d have to pay for that as an extra! Apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

The check in staff were amazing, but when we went to the restaurant it all went down hill 100mph, the staff ignored us especially the self proclaimed sommelier, he needs a rocket, even with eye contact he completely chose to not see.....the food wasnt any better, gluggy potatoes full of cheese, dry beoff..no water as asked for when we finally were asked until we asked again later, poured our own wine, and many tables were in the same predicament.. mattress was terrible, but the toom otherwise fine..
