Room was nice except the toilet didn't flush, this was reported to the staff on our 1st full day but nothing was done about it. Except the cleaners left us a bucket ! Pool area really nice, Access to the bus to get into Tirana Bit of a mixed bag experience for us

WiFi and Tv not working and there was no safe which is an essential item for travellers these days.

But the heating system wasn’t working and exposed my family to cold night sleeps.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish x you can not fault this hotel at all x I have travelled the world and if I could pick this hotel up and place it in my perfect location and live there for ever I would x the staff are amazing as well, like it is the best, it is shame it’s in Tirana and a major city, but it is what it is and if you have to stay there like me and transferring then you won’t be disappointed at all. I dare say if you stayed your entire time there wouldn’t be, as it’s out of this world this hotel, on such a level and I loved it so much x
